Welcome to Child Centered Solutions

Child Centered Solutions (CCS) gives a voice to children in divorce
and custody cases.

We are appointed by the court to represent children so that although they never need to step inside a courtroom, their voices are still heard.

CCS helps protect our child clients from the trauma of the custody process.  We stand up for their needs and ensure that their best interests remain at the forefront of everyone’s mind during and after the court case.  And we help families put a stop to the destructive cycle of family conflict.

The services of our attorneys are free to our child clients, their families and the courts. Our legal services are currently available in Multnomah County. Our goal is to provide support to children in need throughout the State of Oregon.

Dr. Michael Donner to present "Tearing the Child Apart" in November

On November 5th, Dr. Michael Donner will give a presentation on the various reasons some high-conflict parents persist in destructive behaviors during family disputes and the consequences this misbehavior can have on their children. Registration is now open.

Dr. Donner is a practicing psychoanalyst, psychologist and family therapist in California. The Chair of the California Psychological Association Ethics Committee, Dr. Donner is the author of "Tearing the Child Apart", an examination of the motivations behind parent behaviors that harm their children.
