Children’s Bill of Rights During Family Conflicts

Children’s Bill of Rights During Family Conflicts

“The Children’s Bill of Rights During Family Conflicts” highlights the specific rights of children during their parents divorce, allowing both parent and child the opportunity to acknowledge and respect their liberties.

Parents have a responsibility to protect and support their child during and after their divorce. Child Centered Solutions believes that the child is the most important person involved in any family dispute and unfortunately the person whose needs are often neglected.

“The Children’s Bill of Rights” allows parents the ability to promise their child that their best interest will be the center of focus during a difficult family conflict. After signing “The Children’s Bill of Rights”, parents will prove their commitment to their child’s needs and in return the child will feel secure and supported during this difficult time.
